Marty Cass is BDO’s Southeast Region Private Client Services practice leader. He has more than 30 years of experience providing innovative tax services and financial advice to business enterprises, high net worth individuals and multi-generational families, athletes and entertainers, and family offices. He specializes in tax planning and compliance, estate and wealth transfer planning, philanthropic planning, wealth preservation strategizing, asset protection planning and succession planning. He has extensive knowledge and experience in all areas of state, federal, and international tax.
He has served clients in various industries, including real estate, construction, emerging business and technology, healthcare, publishing and entertainment, nonprofit organizations and family offices.
Marty also advises various businesses and individuals on a full range of tax matters and conducts business valuations and provides litigation support to attorneys and their clients. He has a significant amount of experience testifying as an expert witness with respect to diverse areas of the law.
