Rolando is a serial entrepreneur passionate about mentoring corporate leaders.
He is Founder, Investor and CEO of Visage Capital Group, a Strategic Business Development company that invests and advice mid market companies for exponential growth. Active invested sectors include Financial Services, Investment Banking, Neuroscience, Leadership Development, Retail, Real Estate development, among others. Advisory includes Strategic Boards Structuring, Financial advisory, M&A and Strategic Growth Advisory with presence in the Americas, Europe and Asia.
He also serves as Managing Director of STS Capital Partners, a financial advisory firm focused in M&A practice.
On his philanthropic endeavors, Rolando is author of Awakened Leaders and founder of Awakened Leaders Institute, a mentoring program that has earned credentials from IESE Business School, Spain. transforming leaders to become active agents of positive change in their family, their businesses and their communities.
He has been also a guest speaker at several national and international organizations including the Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC), Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Universities, among other.
As an active member of YPO he currently serves as Past-Chair for Latin America and served in the international board of WPO.
In 2015, he co-founded Citizen Council for the Progress of the Americas, a US non profit that promotes the values of Life, Freedom, Property and Entrepreneurship as pillars of every society.
Rolando also seats on the board of PVBLIC (Latam), a non-profit media organization that harnesses the power of media to drive social change.
