Ezra also founded Mayan Properties, LLC over 20 years ago to serve as a Merchant Bank for Ezra’s principal transactions to grow his personal investment portfolio. Mayan’s portfolio consists of over 30 hotels, over 8 million square feet of office buildings, significant land holdings and a variety of other properties throughout the Southeastern USA owned by over 60 partnerships.
